This is not your typical boot camp of jumping jacks and pushups and running in place. I am talking about getting stronger, losing body fat and getting your winter body in shape for Summer. Why wait around any longer, before you know, it will be beach weather.
I am a NASM and NCSF certified personal trainer as well as a certified nutrionist with CPR and AED certifications. I am 24 years old with a background in sports, powerlifting and strongman. I will use my experience to create an intense, but fun workout, challenging your core,posterior chain and every muscle in your body as well as your mental toughness. Activities will include:
-Sandbag lifts such as power cleans,overhead presses and front squats
-farmers walks
-Sprinting using weighted sleds, shuttle runs and 40 yard dash
-Bodyweight exercises such as up/downs,mountain climbers and
bear crawls
-Tire flipping
-The list goes on
All sessions will run for one hour on Saturday mornings @ 7am and 8am. An investment of $30/session is all it will run you. Groups size is limited to 10 people per session so I can give you the individualized attention to be sure you stay safe and get the most out of each workout. Nutritional guidance is also offered per request and can make you a muscle building and fat burning diet custom made for your lifestyle and goals.
